Shipping Policy

If you place your order during business hours ( Mon-Fri), we will process your order within 48 hours

Orders registered over the weekend or public holiday will be processed in the following business day.

Please check your details: full name and correct shipping address. Please contact us ASAP if you provided us with the wrong address.

Shipping fee:

New Zealand

• Single item $8 and 3-5 working days.

• Free shipping on orders over $100.

Please contact us for outside of New Zealand deliveries

Wairere Heights is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any delays outside of the advertised delivery time frame.

Tracking your parcel:

We supply you with a tracking number in the dispatched email, please refer to Courier Post to track your delivery or do follow-ups if it hasn’t arrived in the estimated time.
