Return Policy

We take pride in delivering one of the best products that nature has to offer. However, we do recognize specifics of bee wax creams and therefore are offering flexible return policy which we trust will work for you and us.


If the product didn’t suit you:


We are happy to provide a full refund (including postage if it has been added to the original order) within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

To complete your return please send the product back to us along with your order number and your full name. Also, email your feedback and a tracking number once it sent.

Once your return is received we will send you confirmation by email and organise a refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it might take some time for a refund to be processed.

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days from the date of notification please contact us.


Please note Wairere Heights shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction caused by bee wax cream (please check disclaimer on the product). If you are not sure if you are allergic to bee wax or other bee products we recommend you consult with your medical professional before buying a product.

We are still happy to organise a refund if you think you had an allergy and would like to return a product.

If the product is defective or damaged:


We are happy to provide an exchange or refund if the product is damaged or defective.

Please use the return procedure as outlined above.
